1/2 lb mushrooms.
1 lb pasta of your choice (penne for me!)
1 cup'ish of pineapple.
3/4 cup spiced cider.
S'ghetti sauce of your choice.
Spices: Salt, pepper, garlic+whatever (dill, parsley, oregano)
Prepare pasta as thoust would.
Cut up sausage into bits, fry sausage. I used olive oil+spices, then fried till both sides were nice and caramelized charred.
Along the way, add the 'shrooms. (perhaps add onions and maybe peppers here too if that's your thing)
Let cook down! Add cider at this point. Let reduce! (perhaps instead of frying sausage, boil sausage in cider...)
Add pineapple. Cook some more, letting juices reduce.
Add s'ghetti sauce to drained pasta as your preference (some people like to swim in sauce, I prefer coating.) Add pasta to sausagey mix.
Heat sausage, let cook till sauce is warm and simmered in other flavors.
Serve 3 or 4 tasty.
